I'm a modder of Video games. I take peoples High Poly 3d Models, with their permission, and reduce them to go into Video games such as Sins of a Solar Empire. Most of my work I try and do is Original, but when you don't get any ideas, you have to look towards to people that make the good stuff. That is what I do

Hello everyone, I hope this journal finds everyone well. It’s time for me to share a story with you all. About 3 months ago, my solid state hard drive running Windows, and having my entire collection of works on it, fried. I lost everything. To say the least, I was devastated. I felt like I lost a part of myself when it happened, because I have been making models for almost 2 decades now. I picked up the pieces, installed Linux so I could at least have a connection to the outside world, other than my phone. Hello everyone! So it had been some time since I have posted any updates, so I figured it might be time to check in. Over the 15 years that I have been modding, I have dabbled in a lot of different sci-fi franchises, starting with Star Trek, and working my way through most of them. As is pretty evident on my DA, Stargate has been my bread and butter. Some of my meshes as physical models.

Hello everyone, Something that I have always wanted to do was make some of my 3d models as physical models, but the only way that I knew how to do this was with paper, and with most of my models that just isn't possible.  I have recently joined a site called shapeways.com, and have an account on there and a few of my models are now available for sale.  They are not large models, but they are models none the less.  Feel free to browse, and if you like what you see, buy one or 6. :) Hope you all are having a wonderful time! http://www.shapeways.com/shops/OmegaP

Thanks for the watch. My material is based on the premise 'what would technologies and vehicles, spaceships look like if interpreted by a model maker in the late seventies, or early eighties?' They are also associated with a long-term science-fiction project called Fallen Worlds, and I have at present a studio interested in a screenplay.


Please note that I have filed intellectual property rights on all of my work, finished or otherwise, and as such if you're interested in my work for the ends of 3D modelling, I would greatly appreciate being contacted so you and I can work out the legal details. Thank you.

Thank you. Actually, I'm in discussions right now with a film producer in California about a forty year old sci-fi script that I've been working on for quite some time. And I'm also working on a technical manual for one of my ship designs, the Arcos MK I and have been looking for a competent 3D artist for quite some time, so perhaps you and I can find some common ground wherein you can get to enjoy modelling something of mine, if you wish - I assume nothing - and you may ultimately end up being paid for that work if the book thing (or movie thing) moves forward.
